We experienced full transparency on the quote too, a 24 hour window for 10% discount, deposit & balance of payment. Nothing left in doubt. No uncertainty here. Only time will tell whether the quality of the waterproof epoxy & low maintenance will prove true. We were assured it will. Daniel came out to do a full regrout with epoxy / re-silicone all completed in a day. I can now shower with ease without mouldy silicone and failed grout!
