We experienced full transparency on the quote too, a 24 hour window for 10% discount, deposit & balance of payment. Nothing left in doubt. No uncertainty here. Only time will tell whether the quality of the waterproof epoxy & low maintenance will prove true. We were assured it will. There is one sad thing though - Daniel delayed taking his lunch until the job was well completed & the epoxy well set! Thanks, Daniel, for your "no compromise" attitude towards excellent results!

The grout lines are clean and the tile surfaces restored to their former sheen. The screen doors were cleaned and the shower door moulding replaced with new. We picked Daniel because of his tiling background and we wanted someone that has the expertise to fix any issues if they pop up during the job. Happy to recommend Shiny Shower!!

Daniel also did a fantastic job with our bathrooms - each having several issues: water damaged tiles and minor leaks (Causing various flow on effects to ceilings and floors). I highly recommend Daniel. Our bathrooms look great and more importantly are waterproofed and sealed.
Shiny Shower came out to do a leak detection, found the source of the leak, and then fixed it. There was a lot of mould and rotten wood underneath, so they had to remove the shower base and redo the waterproofing properly! I've got before and after photos and the improvement is very clear! They also sorted a few cracked tiles in another bathroom as part of a separate shower repair. Everything was done quickly and Daniel was very professional. 5/5 stars!

Put on new white grout which has made a huge difference to our shower tiles. Lucky it wasnt a leak as we cant find these tiles anywhere anymore. Daniel did a comprehensive leak detection test to make sure and it put my mind at ease before the job.
Great service. I was able to book in quickly and they turned up on time fixed my shower hinges and then cleaned before they left. Happy with the final product and saved me from having to get a new shower screen. Will definitely use again if need.
