About the role

We are looking for an experienced Wall & Floor Tiler to join the Shiny Shower team in Melbourne. This role is ideal for a tradesperson who takes pride in neat, consistent workmanship and enjoys working in occupied residential homes while delivering a professional customer experience. You will work on leaking shower repairs, retiling, regrouting, and related bathroom restoration works as part of a growing specialist team.

Responsibilities

• Complete wall and floor tiling work to a high professional standard across leaking shower repair projects.
• Prepare surfaces, remove damaged materials, and ensure substrates are ready for installation.
• Carry out retiling, tile replacements, bedding, levelling, and finishing work in bathrooms and shower recesses.
• Work closely with waterproofing and repair teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful worksite in customers' homes.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal staff about job progress and site requirements.

What we’re looking for

• Proven tiling experience in residential bathrooms or similar environments.
• Strong attention to detail with high standards for layout, cuts, alignment, and finish quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on site.
• White Card and relevant trade qualifications or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Current Australian driver licence and reliable transport.
• Professional presentation and strong customer service mindset.
